  • Exchanges and returns are accepted; please contact us within 10 days of receiving item. All items must be returned in original condition and packaging. After Swirls N Twirls receives the returned item in original packaging and in good condition, then you will receive your credit for the purchase price of the item, minus any shipping cost.

    Please note: all custom orders that have been shipped will only receive 80% of the purchase price when returned.
